Yesterday I bought a Samsung external hard drive which has 120GIG memory in it. I just like it so much since its ultra portable with high memory which means that I could download and save more files and documents in it not to mention the music and movies I could rip form my friends’ collections. I am still planning to buy a higher memory than this but for now I am contented for what I have. This makes me gayer each day. Smiles.

Online Now
I am so blessed to have such supportive and understanding family and half life. They are always there to understand me in any way. This afternoon I chatted with my tatay as I fondly call him for a couple of hours. We exchanged updates and I felt good right after that. He saw me while we talked. In moments like this, I always feel good after each moment shared with him online. There is nothing much more weakening in the knees than talking with him online now as we are far from each other. Yes you may say that long distance relationships aren’t long lasting but we are trying to work it out for us. He vowed to me and he is standing for it as what he always tells me every time we chat. I am just more than blessed now with all the graces I am enjoying and the things are falling right into its own place in my life.
Praises be to Him as He is the one who knows me more than anybody else. And you, what are the blessings you received lately? Smiles.
Nervous About
These past few days I have been anxious about my parent and teacher observations. I just couldn’t deny the fact that I am not confident enough to really stand in front with somebody at the back trying to evaluate or take some notes about my teaching process. It makes me feel some butterflies in my stomach and definitely I got weak in the knees. That dread wasn’t gone until this afternoon for I was really having full house in my last class. I had my colleague in and observed for an hour and the next was the parent of my student. Well, that’s life here. You got to be prepared of being observed anytime.
More so, as the time for my observation came, I felt my heart was beating faster as its used to everytime I’m worried and I felt something in my stomach. I just felt uneasy and nervous. I didn’t know why. Well, thanks goodness that the class were so fine and everybody was geared up to talking and they expressed themselves very well especially Emily – the highly capable student in my class. We played couple of games and unscrambled words hunt around the school. That took them a while to crach the worrds but it was definitely worth it. Finally, the first hour ended and we went out for a short break. My colleague thanked me for the favor to see my class. It gave a pat on the shoulders after all.
I thought and pray hard, hoping that my student’s mom won’t come to observe the clas. I am just fed up to it and the unpredictability of things here. However, she did and came in late than expected as usual. I just had things get it on and we played couple of games again and Jenga which was quite fun for all of us. They just got so excited and they absorbed to it for a few minutes until the blocks fell. The girls win over the boys and all the girls clapped their hands saying we won!
The second half ended with a written activity which was a crossword puzzle I made and it took them almost half an hour to crack all the words. Haha.
The class ended quite well and the mother came up to me and thanked me in her own way. I highly appreciated her effort. It was indeed a true appreciation of my hardwork for the day. I went home happy and fulfilled for today and in fact I am still smiling while writing this entry. 
I Am Truly Blessed
Today, I got a great blessing. My sister gave me something which is really amazing. Each and every day I am always up and about excited as well to chat with her for I know there is something new and I can learn more on how to write a very good blog. She is my blog mentor. Thanks so much Ate, I am truly blessed.
When Was the Last Time You Almost Lost Your Temper?
This afternoon I almost lost my temper with my rowdiest students. Gosh, they were really testing my patience. I just kept silent for a few minutes and that’s their indication when I am totally pissed off. I went out of the room for a while and got back taking the staff [my monitor] with me. She asked them and as I understood, she scolded them in their mother tongue. Hahah indeed, mirisi jud. I was quite satisfied with what I did and I got them controlled for a few minutes and there they go again in their usual attitude in class. Sometimes I would question my classroom management skills but it has been also the same problem with their previous teachers. They were ever since a problem and now they are mine. [Sad]
Morning Washout
This morning I was so nervous and anxious of my parent observation with my early learners. I woke up so early and went to school before its gate opens. I waited and strolled around the quiet neighborhood in the village. I always told myself to bring my digicam with me but then again I failed. Next time I would really take pictures of the beautiful place here. Everytime I spend some time with myself spending quiet moments alone in solitude and prayer makes me more at peace and happy within.
Indeed the observation went well as what I have fervently asked this morning and the previous days. I could really attest that when you asked it from the heart it will be given unto you though not instantly sometimes it pays even more happiness to wait patiently. That would be a vituous act and a great one. Morning washout? Not really,,,:)
